The following terms, conditions and rules ("Official Rules") explain and govern the

"THE FANTASY INNING SWEEPSTAKES" ("Sweepstakes") as presented by LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”)

And sponsored by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino (“Sponsor”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD:

MONDAY MARCH 18^TH 2013 at 12AM – PST THRU SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 29^TH 2013 AT 12”05PM - PST.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING PERIOD:

MONDAY APRIL 1^ST 2013 at 12AM – PST THRU SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 29^TH 2013 AT 12”05PM - PST.

1. HOW TO ENTER:

To participate in the sweepstakes, persons otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules must send a text with the message “AM830 FANTASY” to the number 50352, which is the AM830 text club. Only one text entry per person, per household and per sweepstakes will be accepted. Standard text messaging rates may apply. Please check with your cell phone plan and provider for further details regarding possible text messaging charges.

2. NO OTHER MEANS OF ENTRY ARE PERMITED:

The sole and exclusive method of entry into the Sweepstakes is via text message as described above. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY IS PERMITTED OR ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. AM830 will not be responsible for printing errors, inaccurate, incomplete, stolen, lost, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, delayed or late text entries, telephone or equipment malfunction. Only one text entry per person, per household and per sweepstakes will be accepted.

3. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:

Sweepstakes is open to all persons age 21 and over who are residents of California and otherwise qualify in accordance with the Official Rules. Furthermore, people who are either (1) directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents (as well as the family and household members of any of the preceding persons of LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”), Angels Baseball LP, Major League Baseball or any of its teams or member organizations, contractors working for LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”), Aramark, CSC, the City of Anaheim, AEG, Newscorp, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino,any advertising and promotional agencies, any sweepstakes sponsor, any prize donor, or any media and press entities, or (2) are otherwise involved with Sweepstakes, as well as respective parents, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assignees of each of the preceding categories of people and entities, shall be ineligible to participate in the sweepstakes and shall be ineligible to win any prize covered herein.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY AM830 and/or SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

4. PRIZE / ODDS OF WINNING:

Actual odds of winning are based upon the total number of text entries. Prize is provided "as is." No prize substitutions will be permitted.

No exceptions.

5. WINNER SELECTION & PRIZE DETAILS:

Before the start of each 2013 regular season Angels Game and during the sweepstakes entry period, one (1) daily contestant will be selected from all the eligible text entries. A representative of AM830 will forward the contestants name to the 2013 Angels Play By Play AM830 radio broadcast team. In the chosen inning, set prior to the start of the game, the daily contestant selected will be playing for The Fantasy Inning Sweepstakes.

If any Angel batter gets a base hit in the selected inning (reaches base safely with a HIT and not by a walk or error) the daily contestant wins the prize package from Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. If no Angel Player gets a hit in the selected inning, no prize will be awarded and there is NO consolation prize. If multiple players get a hit in the selected inning, only one prize will be awarded. After being designated as the contestant, contestants, their immediate families and members of their households are no longer eligible for the remainder of the 2013 regular Angels season. After being selected as a winner, the winners, their immediate families and members of their households are no longer eligible to win any other prizes on AM830 for the remainder of the 2013 year. In the event any Designated Game is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, the predetermined contestant will carry forward to the rescheduled date of that Designated Game, if any. In the event any Designated Game is cancelled or postponed and is not rescheduled, played or replayed, then there will be no contestant for that game. The Winner of The Fantasy Inning Sweepstakes will be entitled to the prize noted below:

PRIZE DETAILS:

THE FANTASY SPRINGS - FANTASY INNING SWEEPSTAKES INCLUDES:

-Two (2) night stay for Two (2) adults, 21 and older at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Palm Springs California.

-One (1) Round of Golf for Two (2) Adults, 21 and over at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Palm Springs California.

-Dinner for Two (2) adults, 21 and older at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Palm Springs California.

PLEASE NOTE: This prize does not include Transportation, Gratuity and/or Alcoholic Beverages. Winning and/or losing daily contestants are no longer eligible for the remainder of the 2013 regular season. Standard text messaging rates may apply. Please check with your cell phone plan and provider for further details regarding possible text messaging charges.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION:

A representative of AM830 will attempt to contact the winner via phone, email, and/or text. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 30 days of the drawing, then an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winner must redeem offer within 30 days of claiming the prize from AM830 at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Palm Springs California. All prizes noted above are non transferable at any level. After winning this sweepstakes on AM830, the individual/household is ineligible to win any other contest on AM830 for the remainder of the 2013.

7. THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

If the prize value is $600, or more, Winner must sign an IRS Form W-9 provided by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and will receive from Fantasy Springs Resort Casino an IRS Form 1099. Winner must sign the IRS form(s) prior to delivery of the prize. If winner refuses to sign all required documents with relation to this prize, this will result in immediate disqualification and the forfeiting of this and any prize. No prize substitutions will be permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THE FANTASY INNING SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE VALUE: $599.00

No IRS forms are required for this promotion.

8. ALL PRIZES GENERALLY:

The winner is solely and entirely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, title, licenses and registrations involving their prize, as well as any and all costs and expenses not expressly specified herein related to the prize, including (without limitation) the cost to operate and insure their prize. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. . Trips are non refundable.

No substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. No prize or cash substitutions will be permitted. Prizes are not transferable at any level and are not assignable.

Each entrant in the sweepstakes understands and accepts that the depiction of a prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual prize to be delivered to the winner. By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as a winner, such entrant will sign a release and waiver of liability and a publicity release and authorization. Prizes that are not claimed within 30 days of the drawing WILL be forfeited and WILL be awarded to another entrant if:

(1) The winner does not execute the proper forms of documentation by said deadline.

(2) The selected winner is not eligible in accordance with the Official AM830 Contest Rules,

(3) The Official AM830 Contest Rules are violated or

(4) Sweepstakes is cancelled or not held.

Prizes may be claimed during normal business hours at the AM830 Administration Offices located at 2000 Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, California 92806or at such other reasonable location, date and time as specified by AM830. AM830 and the Sweepstakes sponsors shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of a prize to a winner, although each will use its commercially reasonable efforts to arrange delivery.

A winner shall bare all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered to the winner. Winner must show original and acceptable valid identification documentation to AM830 or its designees before receiving the prize.

9. CONDITIONS TO ENTRY AND OTHER GENERAL RULES:

Each Sweepstakes entrant acknowledges and agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, that LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”), Angels Baseball LP, Angel Stadium of Anaheim, Major League Baseball, the American League, all Sweepstakes sponsors and prize donors, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, divisions, representatives, agents,suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damages, claims, causes of action or liability, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property,of any kind resulting from awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or from the participation of entrant in sweepstakes, including (without limitation) for the awarding or reimbursement of any prize otherwise payable to an entrant who is ineligible. Each winner acknowledges that no release has been made or any warranty, representation, or guarantee, whether expressed or implied, regarding any prize and agrees that the Releasee(s), to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including (without limitation) those of merchantability, quality, mechanical condition and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant and winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party against any and all claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (based on any and all possible theories), including reasonable legal fees and expensesin connection with the prize provided or arising from or in connection with their participation in sweepstakes.

By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation to LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”), Angels Baseball LP,

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, the sweepstakes sponsors, and the agents and licensees of each such entity, to one (1) add entrant to the AM830 Text and Email Club, two (2) contact entrant by any means including text and email regarding sweepstakes or any other promotional, marketing, sales or other business activity of the contacting entity, and three (3) use, record, perform, reproduce and display the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness, and biographical material in any medium in perpetuity throughout the known universe for historical, advertising, marketing, publicity, broadcast or other promotional purposes in connection with the sweepstakes or the business and operations of AM830 and such contacting entity. Entrant further grants permission to LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”), Angels Baseball LP, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, and the agents and licensees of each such entity, to sublicense, transfer, and share all or any of the preceding rights, information and material and acknowledges that all information and materials shared will not be private.

10. These Official Rules, along with sweepstakes eligibility, performance, participation, and prize awarding, are subject to the interpretation, rules, modifications, and decisions of LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”), who reserve the right to revise and interpret them without claim for damage or recourse of any kind. By participating in sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”) Contest Rules and the rules and decisions of AM830, which shall be final. Failure to meet and comply with the Official Rules will result in immediate disqualification and the forfeiting of this and any prize awarded, NO EXCEPTIONS. LAA 1, LLC (“AM830”) reserves the right to cancel sweepstakes, whether in whole or in part, including (without limitation) the occurrence of any force major event such as a fire, earthquake, flood, storm, other act of nature or God, war, riot, civil disturbance, terrorist act, strike, work stoppage, etc.

Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within the State of California, Orange County will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes or the Official Rules. In the event that any legal or regulatory authority challenges AM830 or the sweepstakes, AM830 reserves the right to discontinue or modify the sweepstakes or to disqualify ineligible entrants. AM830 will not have any liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. Neither AM830, Major League Baseball, nor the American League is a sponsor of the sweepstakes.

11. General Conditions:

AM830 reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond AM830’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by AM830 in its sole discretion. In such event, AM830 reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. AM830 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, AM830 reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. AM830’s or Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Limitations of Liability:

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason. Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

13. Disputes:

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
